Greg O'Rourke, Managing Director
- Greg O'Rourke is Managing Director of Calibre Engenium. He has 25 years experience as a professional engineer and over 17 years specific experience in rail infrastructure. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) and an MBA.
Damir Panzich, Director
- Damir is a Director of Calibre Engenium. He has 16 years experience as a professional engineer and over 14 years specific experience in rail infrastructure. Damir has performed a number of senior roles in the delivery of rail projects including project engineer, engineering manager, study manager, construction manager and project manager. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil).
Ray Munro, Director
- Ray is a cofounder and Director of Calibre Global. Ray has been involved in the construction industry for the past 37 years, having worked for 11 years in South Africa as Project Manager, Construction Manager and Managing Director prior to his appointment to senior project roles with Australian Engineering Consultancies. Ray has been responsible for Project Directorship of a number of successful resource development projects in Australia. Ray is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Dave Walker, Director
- Dave is a cofounder and Director of Calibre Global. Dave has held various Senior Project Controls roles over the past 12 years with major EPCM and resource companies in Australia. Dave has been successful in developing and implementing a number of Project Delivery Management Information Systems for both Calibre and its clients. As well as his Company Director responsibilities, Dave continues to lead Calibre in the pursuit of smarter and more efficient Management Systems. Dave holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) from Victoria University of Technology and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Roger Chapman, General Manager
- Roger has a Bachelor Degree in Engineering, a Diploma in Business Administration and over 18 years experience in a variety of management positions within the construction and development industries. He has not only worked throughout Australia but also extensively through South East Asia and the Middle East. These roles have allowed Roger to develop his broad management experience including business development as well as the management of a range of diverse projects from Land Development to major infrastructure
Calibre Engenium currently employs over 240 engineers and technical professionals, experienced in railway engineering, project management and engineering consulting.
